- 165 gram eggs
- 375 gm water
- Combine all ingredient and beat at high speed for 1-2 minutes
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into a preheat non-stick pan
- Grill until bottom turns golden brown(or until the rims start to dry), flip over the pancake and leave the other side to grill until golden brown.
- Serve warm pancake with favourite syrup, butter or condiments.
