Unicorn Dessert Cup

Ingredients:
Biscuit Base :
- 60g Digestive Biscuits
 
Unicorn Cream :
- 400g Emborg Natural Yogurt 1L
 - 200g Emborg Spray Whipped Cream
 - 103ml Natural Honey
 - Pink Food Colouring
 - Blue Food Colouring
 
Decoration :
- 1pc Ice Cream Waffle Cup
 - Coloured Marshallow (optional)

Method:
- Crush the biscuits into small pieces.
 - Place 30g of crumbs as the base ,top with marble swirl unicorn cream, and add a second layer of biscuit crumbs followed by more unicorn cream.
 - Decorate your unicorn dessert cup with Marshmallow and an ice cream corn horn.
