Traditional Tiramisu
Ingredients:
Ingredient A
- 2nos Egg Yolk
- 30g Castor Sugar
Ingredient B
- 500g Galbani Mascarpone Cheese 70g Castor Sugar 300g Dairy Whipping Cream
Ingredient C
- 4tbsp Instant Coffee
- 1cup Hot Water
- 1tsp Sugar
Layering Ingredient
- Vanilla Sponge Cake Ladyfingers Biscuits Cocoa Powder

Method:
- Using the double boiler method, mix all Ingredient A, stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture turns pale yellow. Turn off the heat and let it cool briefly, then mix until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Mix all ingredients B until well combined and set aside.
- Prepare for Ingredient C to be dissolved completely and let it cool. Set aside.
- To create a tiramisu cream, combine both mixture from step 1 and 2 and mix until well combined.
- Once it is smooth and well incorporate, start layering alternately with ladyfinger biscuits, tiramisu cream and vanilla sponge cake. Note: Dip the ladyfinger biscuits into mixture C before layering it for 2 – 3 seconds.
- Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
