Chocolate Hazelnut Tart

INGREDIENT

Tart Shell

36pcs   Bake With Yen Tart Shells – small size

Chocolate Filling

150g     Van Houten Professional Intense Dark Compound

150g     Van Houten Professional Milk Compound

300g     Whipping cream

60g       Ground roasted hazelnuts

Garnish

30g       Hazelnuts – roasted and chop

Method
  1. Place the chocolates and cream into a bowl then microwave it for 30 seconds .
  2. Stir until all the chocolates are well melted.
  3. Mix in ground hazelnut and pipe mixture into the tart shells.
  4. Set tart in the fridge for 3 hours . Decorate with chopped hazelnuts and it’s ready to serve.
