Peanut Cheesy Choux

Ingredient

120g   Arla Creamery Unsalted Butter

36g     Castor Sugar

120g   Water

120g   Milk

5g       Salt

120g   All Purpose Flour

3nos   Whole Egg

Peanut Cheesy Filling

100g   Daisy Peanut Butter

150g   Arla Natural Cream Cheese 25%

30g    Icing Sugar (sieved)

Method
  1. In a pot, add Arla Creamery unsalted butter, castor sugar​, water​, milk​ and salt, cook until boil.
  2. Add in all purpose flour, mix it well and cook until gelatinise.
  3. Once the batter is slightly cold down , gradually add in eggs until you get a desire smooth & shinny consistency.
  4. Pipe the batter on baking tray and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
  5. For the fillings, mix Daisy peanut butter, ​Arla natural cream cheese 25%​ and icing sugar until you get a smooth consistency.
  6. Pipe the filling into baked choux.​
