Nuturra Crème Cheese Tart

INGREDIENT

72pcs BWY Tart Shell Small

 

Cheese Filling

250g  Dairyland Cream Cheese

50g    Sugar

50g    Egg

30g    Whip Fresh Dairy Blend Whipping Cream

25g    Multi-purpose flour

 

Topping

50g    BWY Chocolate Cookies Crumbles

80g    Nuturra Hazelnut Creme

Method
  1. Use Pender to beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add egg and mix well.
  3. Add in whipping cream ,Naturra Halzelnut crème and Cookies Crumbles then mix well.
  4. Check the thickness for batter and add in plain flour until mix well.
  5. Pipe into tart shell . Baked in 180°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
