Nutella Pockets

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack BWY frozen puff pastry (4 inches x 4 inches, thawed in fridge overnight)
  • 1 jar Nutella
  • 1 egg (beaten with 3 tablespoon milk)

Bahan:

  • 1 pek BWY frozen puff pastry (4 inci x 4 inci, dicairkan dalam peti sejuk semalaman)
  • 1 balang Nutella
  • 1 biji telur (dipukul bersama 3 sudu besar susu)

Method:

1.Place a tablespoon of Nutella in the middle of each puff pastry.

2.Brush edges with egg wash. Fold it to become triangle shape.

3.Seal edges with a fork (press at the sides of puff pastry).

4.Arrange on a baking tray.

5.Brush the surface with egg wash.

6.Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes, or until the top turns golden brown.

7.Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Cara Membuat:

1.Letakkan satu sudu besar Nutella di tengah-tengah setiap puff pastry.

2.Sapukan air telur di tepi. Lipat sehingga menjadi bentuk segitiga.

3.Tutupkan tepi dengan dengan garpu (tekan garpu di tepi puff pastry).

4.Susun di atas dulang pembakar.

5.Sapu permukaan dengan air telur.

6.Bakar pada suhu 200°C selama 10-12 minit, atau sehingga permukaan atas berubah menjadi warna keemasan.

7.Biarkan sejuk selama 5-10 minit sebelum dihidangkan.
