Energy Balls By Raw Chef Yin

Ingredients:

  • 160gm Rabbi dates (soaked in filtered water for 30 minutes and pitted)
  • 90gm whole almonds
  • 90gm oats
  • 65gm dried cranberries
  • 30gm dessicated coconut (set 10gm aside for coating)
  • 1gm salt
  • 70gm maple syrup
  • 30gm FryMax coconut oil
  • 2gm vanilla essence

Yield: 20 energy balls (25g each)

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till mixture is combined and sticks together.
  2. Roll into balls of 25g each.
  3. Roll energy balls in desiccated coconut to coat.
  4. You may store it in fridge for up to 2 weeks
