
Energy Balls By Raw Chef Yin

Ingredients:
- 160gm Rabbi dates (soaked in filtered water for 30 minutes and pitted)
- 90gm whole almonds
- 90gm oats
- 65gm dried cranberries
- 30gm dessicated coconut (set 10gm aside for coating)
- 1gm salt
- 70gm maple syrup
- 30gm FryMax coconut oil
- 2gm vanilla essence
Yield: 20 energy balls (25g each)
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till mixture is combined and sticks together.
- Roll into balls of 25g each.
- Roll energy balls in desiccated coconut to coat.
- You may store it in fridge for up to 2 weeks
