Cream of Mushroom Soup

- 20gm Cooking Oil
- 50gm Ausicows Butter
- 100gm Onion (diced)
- 30gm Garlic (chopped)
- 200gm Shitake Mushroom
- 200gm White Button Mushroom
- 800gm Water
- 300gm Richs Double Cream
- 1gm Black Pepper Coarse
- 5gm Salt
- 20gm Chicken Powder

Method:
- Heat the pan with cooking oil and melt the butter, then saute the garlic and onion till caramelize.
- Add in Shitake and button mushroom and saute until fragrant. Then , pour in flour and saute.
- Pour in water and RICH’S Double Cream with chicken stock powder, salt and black pepper. Cook to boil.
- Once boiled, off the fire, blend the soup until thicken and smooth.
- Garnish with some Parsley when served.
