Crab Rangoon Tidbits

Ingredient

250g        Arla Natural Cream Cheese 25%

200g        Imitation Crab Stick

30g          Sesame Oil

12g          White Pepper

12g          Salt

35g          Scallion

80g          Mayonnaise

1pack      Puff Pastry Dough (4cm x 4cm)

 

Mayonnaise

12nos​      Eggs

1100g      Corn Oil

4tbsp       Lemon Juice

½ tbsp     Salt

tbsp​   Sugar

1tbsp       Mustard

½ tsp       Cream of Tartar

Method

Mayonnaise

  1. Beat/blend all ingredients except for oil until well combined.
  2. Add oil slowly until thicken . One thicken can add a little faster.

Crab Rangoon Tidbits

  1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and mix gently until combine. Make sure the cream cheese already softens.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into square size, 4cmx4cm.
  3. Make cut to variety of tidbits : (windmill, diamond and pinwheel)
  4. Bake 190ºC for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Let it cool and ready to serve.
