Congo Bars

INGREDIENT​​​

310g     Bakers’ Choice All-Purpose Flour

3g         Salt

150g     Unsalted Butter ( melted)

450g     Brown sugar

3 Nos    Large eggs

5g          Vanilla essence

340g      Milk Chocolate chip

Method
  1. Preheat oven at 175 ° Celsius .
  2. In a bowl , combine melted butter and brown sugar . Mix well .
  3. Combine eggs one at a time while mixing and add vanilla essence .
  4. Add in all-purpose flour and salt then mix well .
  5. Mix in chocolate chip .
  6. Layer 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the batter . Bake for 25 – 35 minutes.
  7. Let it cool before cut to serve .
