INGREDIENT
310g Bakers’ Choice All-Purpose Flour
3g Salt
150g Unsalted Butter ( melted)
450g Brown sugar
3 Nos Large eggs
5g Vanilla essence
340g Milk Chocolate chip
Method
- Preheat oven at 175 ° Celsius .
- In a bowl , combine melted butter and brown sugar . Mix well .
- Combine eggs one at a time while mixing and add vanilla essence .
- Add in all-purpose flour and salt then mix well .
- Mix in chocolate chip .
- Layer 9 inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the batter . Bake for 25 – 35 minutes.
- Let it cool before cut to serve .
