
BWY Butter Cake

INGREDIENT
260g Butter Cake Mix
250g Unsalted butter
220g Sugar
100ml Full cream milk
5Nos Eggs (size B)
½ tsp Vanilla essence
Method
- Preheat oven at 180°C and line 9” round baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and cream until well combined.
- Pour in the vanilla essence and mix well.
- Add Butter Cake Mix and alternate with milk until well combined.
- Pour batter into the mould and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let it cool and ready to serve .
