BWY Butter Cake

INGREDIENT

260g    Butter Cake Mix

250g    Unsalted butter

220g    Sugar

100ml   Full cream milk

5Nos    Eggs (size B)

½ tsp   Vanilla essence

Method
  1. Preheat oven at 180°C and line 9” round baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time and cream until well combined.
  4. Pour in the vanilla essence and mix well.
  5. Add Butter Cake Mix and alternate with milk until well combined.
  6. Pour batter into the mould and bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Let it cool and ready to serve .
