Garlic Bread Roll-Ups

Ingredients:
- 1pack BWY Frozen Puff Pastry (10” x 10”, thawed in fridge overnight)
- 5tbsp Butterlicious Butter (salted, soften)
- 1tbsp garlic (minced)
- 1tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1tbsp Mamalena Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Bahan:
- 1pek Pastri Puff Beku BWY (10” x 10”, dicairkan di alam peti sejuk semalaman)
- 5sudu besar Mentega Butterlicious (dengan garam, dilembutkan)
- 1sudu besar bawang putih (dicincang)
- 1sudu besar pasli segar (dicincang)
- 1sudu besar Keju Parmesan Mamalena (diparut)
Method:
- In a bowl, pour in butter with the garlic, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Mix it.
- Sprinkle a work surface lightly with flour, place puff pastry on top and gently unfold it. Spread 3/4 of the butter mixture evenly on the puff pastry, from edge to edge.
- Roll it up and cover with cling wrap before put into refrigerator for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Take out the puff pastry from fridge and slice it (about 1 inch thick) and arrange on baking tray (leave space of 1 – 2 inches apart).
- Use the balance of butter mixture to brush the tops.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and puffed. Brush the tops again if you have butter left.
Cara Membuat:
- Di dalam mangkuk, masukkan mentega, bawang putih, pasli dan keju Parmesan. Gaulkan.
- Taburkan permukaan meja dengan sedikit tepung, letakkan puff pastry di atas dan buka dengan lembut. Sapukan 3/4 campuran mentega secara merata di atas puff pastry, dari tepi ke tepi.
- Gulungkan dan tutup dengan cling wrap sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam peti sejuk selama 20 – 30 minit.
- Panaskan ketuhar pada 200°C. Lapiskan dulang pembakar dengan kertas parchment.
- Keluarkan puff pastry dari peti sejuk dan potong (1 inci tebal) dan susun di atas dulang pembakar (tinggalkan jarak 1 – 2 inci).
- Gunakan baki campuran mentega untuk sapu bahagian atas.
- Bakar selama 20 minit hingga keemasan dan kembang. Sapukan lagi bahagian atas dengan campuran mentega.
