
Halloween Pumpkin Cake

INGREDIENTS
120g pumpkin
100g glutinous rice flour
10g corn starch
15g sugar
100g Bean Paste
Method
Filling:
Roll the bean paste into balls, about 10g each (makes around 10 pieces).
Skin :
1. Remove the pumpkin skin, cut into slices, and steam for about 12 minutes.
2. Place the steamed pumpkin in a bowl and mash until soft.
3. Add glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, and sugar, then knead into a non-sticky dough.
4. Divide the dough into 10 portions, roll each into a small ball, and flatten it.
5. Place the prepared bean filling in the center of each dough piece, wrap, and roll into a ball. Slightly flatten the ball.
6. Use a toothpick to lightly press a star pattern on top, and insert a small piece of vegetable stem in the center for decoration.
7. Steam in a steamer for about 10 minutes
