INGREDIENT
Puff Pastry
10pcs BWY Puff Pastry 4×4″inch
3 Nos Eggs – for egg wash
Passion Fruit Custard Filling
120g Fruttose Passion Fruit Topping
80g BWY Instant Custard Premix
200g Meadow Fresh Milk
Method
- Using a knife , do shaping for Puff pastry.
- Brush with egg wash and bake on 200°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix the milk and custard mix until mix well.
- Mix the passion fruit topping with custard.
- Pipe the custard on puff pastry.
