Cinnamon Apple Puff

INGREDIENT

Puff Pastry

10pcs  BWY Puff Pastry 4×4″inch

3 Nos  Eggs – for egg wash

 

Cinnamon Apple Filling 

250g  Fruttose Apple Fruit Topping

10g    Cinnamon powder

100g   Dusting sugar

Method
  1. Using a knife , do shaping for puff pastry.
  2. Mix well the apple fruit topping and cinnamon powder.
  3. Pipe in the middle of puff pastry and top with another puff pastry.
  4. Brush egg wash and bake on 200°C for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let it cool down and dust with dusting powder .
