Pandan Basque Burnt Cheesecake

INGREDIENT

500g  Arla Natural Cream Cheese 25%

150g  Sugar

325g  Arla Whip & Cook 30%

3 Nos  Eggs

15g  Superfine flour

10g  Pandan flavour

Method
  1. In a bowl use paddle to beat the cream cheese on low speed until smooth.
  2. Gradually add in the sugar, followed by the eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the whipping cream and cake flour using a hand blender until well combined.
  4. Add in the pandan flavouring, then strain the mixture to ensure a smooth texture.
  5. Pour the batter into a 7-inch mould and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
  6. Let it cool completely before serving.
