
Pandan Basque Burnt Cheesecake

INGREDIENT
500g Arla Natural Cream Cheese 25%
150g Sugar
325g Arla Whip & Cook 30%
3 Nos Eggs
15g Superfine flour
10g Pandan flavour
Method
- In a bowl use paddle to beat the cream cheese on low speed until smooth.
- Gradually add in the sugar, followed by the eggs, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the whipping cream and cake flour using a hand blender until well combined.
- Add in the pandan flavouring, then strain the mixture to ensure a smooth texture.
- Pour the batter into a 7-inch mould and bake at 200°C for 45 minutes.
- Let it cool completely before serving.
