
Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENT

227g Salted butter softened
200g Granulated sugar
220g Light brown sugar packed
B
2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
2 nos Large eggs
C
375g All-purpose flour
3tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Salt

340g Dark Chocolate Chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C . Line three baking trays with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl mix ingredient C. Set it aside.
- Cream together ingredients A until combined.
- Beat in ingredients B until light (about 1 minute).
- Fold in the ingredients C until combined.
- Add chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll 1 Tablespoons (depending on how large you like your cookies) of dough at a time into balls and place them evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 6 – 8 minutes. Let them sit on the baking pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
