Crab Rangoon Tidbits

Ingredient

250g        Arla Natural Cream Cheese 25%

200g        Imitation Crab Stick

30g          Sesame Oil

12g          White Pepper

12g          Salt

35g          Scallion

80g          Mayonnaise

1pack      Puff Pastry Dough (4cm x 4cm)

 

Mayonnaise

12nos​      Eggs

1100g      Corn Oil

4tbsp       Lemon Juice

1 tbsp      Salt

tbsp​   Sugar

1tbsp       Mustard

tsp     Cream of Tartar

Method

Mayonnaise

  1. Beat/blend all ingredients except for oil until well combined.
  2. Add oil slowly until thicken . Once thicken, can increase speed until well combined.

Crab Rangoon Tidbits

  1. Mix all the ingredient in a bowl and mix gently until combine. Make sure the cream cheese already softens.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into square size, 5cmx5cm.
  3. Make cut to variety of tidbits (diamond or pinwheel) .
  4. ​Put a tablespoon of crab rangoon on top .
  5. Bake 190ºC for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Let it cool and ready to serve.
