Strawberry Almond Cream Tart

Ingredients:

(for 25 pieces)

Sweet Dough

  • 1000g Cake Flour
  • 450g Butter
  • 200g Egg
  • 20g Salt
  • 400g Icing Sugar
  • 150g Almond Powder

Almond Cream

  • 200g Butter
  • 200g Sugar
  • 200g Almond Powder
  • 4 pieces Egg

Crumble

  • 300g Flour
  • 150g Butter
  • 100g Icing Sugar

ANDROS Strawberry Filling

  • 20g ANDROS Strawberry Filling
    (each piece)

Method:

Sweet Dough

  1. In a bowl, mix the soft butter with icing sugar and almond powder until creamy. Add the eggs, and finally the flour. mix well. Do not over mix. Keep in the fridge overnight. Spread the dough and shape desired tart.

Almond Cream

  1. In a mixing bowl. beat the butter until soft, then add the sugar and almond powder. Finally add the eggs. mix well again.
  2. Keep it at cold temperature.

Crumble

  1. Mix all ingredients together until reaching crumble consistency.

Strawberry Filling

  1. Fill the tart with almond cream.
  2. Bake in a oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until yellow color.
  3. Spread the ANDROS Strawberry Filling and add the crumble on the top of the tart.
  4. Bake again until reaching golden color.
