Mango Bavarian

- 2 Egg Yolk
- 30gmm Castor Sugar
Ingredient B
- 10gm Gelatine
- 4tbsp Water
- 120ml Meadow Fresh UHT Full Cream Milk
- 250gm Galbani Mascarpone
- 200gm Fresh Cream
Filling / Topping
- Fruttose Mango Fruit Filling Muesli

Method:
- Heat Ingredient A briefly using a double boiler method and whisk until creamy.
- Soak and melt Ingredient B until it’s fully liquid.
- Combine Ingredients A and B, let cool slightly, then add Galbani Mascarpone and fresh cream.
- Pour the mixture into shooter glasses or small containers.
- Add filling or topping and decorate according to your creativity.
- Chill before serving.
