- 125gm Ausicows Butter
- 200gm Richs Double Cream
- 100gm Milo
- 25gm Cocoa Powder
- 3gm Salt
- 270gm Digestive Biscuits
Cheese Layer
- 125gm Sungold Cream Cheese
- 25gm Sugar
- 25gm Richs Double Cream
- 3gm Gelatin (mix with 15g of water)
- 100gm Richs Double Cream*
Chocolate Ganache
- 150gm Cottura Dark Chocolate
- 125gm Richs Double Cream

Method:
Biscuit Layer
- Line an 8″ x 8″ cake pan with parchment paper.
- Cook all ingredients, except the biscuits, until smooth and thick. Fold the biscuits into the mixture.
- Fill and press the biscuit layer firmly into the cake pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the cheese layer.
Cheese Layer
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and double cream until smooth and creamy. Add the gelatin mixture and mix well.
- Whip double cream until thick and fold it into the cheese mixture. Pour the mixture over the biscuit layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
Chocolate Ganache
- Heat the double cream and pour it over the dark cooking chocolate, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the cheese layer and refrigerate overnight.
