Supervisor In-Charge (E-commerce)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To oversee the day-to-day operation and be accountable for and to manage inventory level, ordering from warehouse, cycle count and receiving;
  • Person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce Manager is unavailable;
  • Checks and receives stocks from supplier as per purchase order and according to delivery schedule;
  • Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of e-shopping, variety, freshness and promptness in delivery;
  • Ensure team members are adhering to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines are followed;
  • Perform responsibilities required of Picker and Customer Attendants as needed per company guidelines;
  • Train all functions and duties of the Picker and Customer Attendant roles;
  • Undertake staff scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs;
  • Maintain the intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work to Pickers and Customer Attendants;
  • Other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Degree/Diploma holder / SPM qualification with warehouse experience of more than 3 years;
  • Hardworking, committed and work smart;
  • Able to stretch oneself;
  • Team player – supportive and forthcoming in coorperation to the team;
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff.
Logistic Executive (E-commerce)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To manage picking orders, issue sales invoice, delivery planning, picking checking, maintain 3PL accounts;
  • Oversee logistics service provider (ie: Warehouse transporters, local / 3rd party delivery etc.) operation;
  • To ensure timely and accurate delivery by coordinating with all other relevant departments;
  • Plan and execute daily logistic activities comprising transaction documentations, clearance and transportation within the targeted time frame;
  • Process and manage customers Daily Orders placed through phone calls, emails or dedicated sales database system, issuance of Delivery Orders and Invoices;
  • Monitor daily local and outstation deliveries and monitor / track delivery movement;
  • Monitor and prepare daily physical stocks level report and replenish the necessary stocks according to needs;
  • Manage, maintain, update and ensure all accuracy for all records, files, material, inventories and actual stocks count;
  • Monitor closely performance of the logistics and transportation service providers’ in terms of quality, delivery and service;
  • Manage new project for e-Commerce accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization;
  • Work closely with partners in developing the supply chain solution for eCommerce fulfillment

COMPETENCIES:

  • Degree/Diploma holder / SPM qualification with warehouse & logistic experience of more than 3 years;
  • Basic Knowledge of logistic coordination and documentation is an added advantage;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook & Email correspondence;
  • Good Learning attitude & self-discipline;
  • Mature, responsibility & able to work with minimum supervision.
Customer Support (E-commerce)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • To manage customer enquiries, return & refund;
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light;
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures;
  • Maintains email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative (after call email to customers);
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards;
  • Actively seek solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions;
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in contact center environment;
  • Posses strong operational and leadership skill;
  • Have excellent spoken and writing skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantages;
  • Proficiency in writing skill is required;
  • Able to work independently and with a team;
  • Flexible and adaptable;
  • Ability to work under fast moving environment.
Retail Executive (Taman Megah, Selayang, OUG, Taman Melawati, KL)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensures pricing and display of merchandise items are correct and up to company’s standard;
  • Assists in providing on-the job training to new and existing staff when required;
  • Assists in handling daily operations and other supervisory duties including operating and closing of store, cash handling of daily sales, merchandising restocking, administration, stock receipt report and sales reports;
  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints and issues;
  • Actively visit competitors and share market insights with HQ;
  • Set up promotion promptly and ensure display is attractive;
  • Ensuring prompt ordering and receiving of products into the system.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Possesses Certificates/Diploma in any related field;
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity;
  • Hardworking and passionate in retail environment industry;
  • Self-starter with good entrepreneurship and strong business acumen;
  • Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia & English;
  • Good communication skill and able to work in team;
  • Responsible and willing to learn;
  • Good people management skills, resourceful and able to work independently with less supervision;
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays;
