Fruit Cake

Ingredients

  • 170gm fruits cake mix
  • 150gm butter
  • 80gm brown sugar
  • 6gm black treacle & golden syrup
  • 150gm cold eggs(medium size)
  • 500gm mixed fruit
  • 30gm plain flour
  • 25gm cold water

Method

  1. Cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add in black treacle and golden syrup.
  2. Add in the egg and beat and beat one time.
  3. Fold in the Fruit Cake Mix and one tablespoon of cold water.
  4. Lastly fold in the dried fruits(mix with 50gm of flour).
  5. Bake at 170 c for 50 minutes.
