- 100g ANDROS Apricot Filling
- 200g Chocolate 69%
- 200g Whipping Cream
- 49g Butter
- 90g Chocolate 69%
- 125g Whipping Cream
- Use 2 layers of baked chocolate sponge cake.
- Fill Apricot Filling between 2 layers of the cake.
- Cook whipping cream and chocolate until well combined. Add butter, stir until incorporate, let it cool down.
- Pour chocolate glaze over the cake.
- Cook whipping cream and chocolate until well combined, let it cool down.
- Transfer to the piping bog, decor on the surface of cake.
- Garnish with dried apricot.
