Ingredients:

Apricot Filling

  • 100g ANDROS Apricot Filling

Chocolate Glaze

  • 200g Chocolate 69%
  • 200g Whipping Cream
  • 49g Butter

Chocolate Decoration

  • 90g Chocolate 69%
  • 125g Whipping Cream

Apricot Filling

  1. Use 2 layers of baked chocolate sponge cake.
  2. Fill Apricot Filling between 2 layers of the cake.

Chocolate Glaze

  1. Cook whipping cream and chocolate until well combined. Add butter, stir until incorporate, let it cool down.
  2. Pour chocolate glaze over the cake.

Chocolate Decoration

  1. Cook whipping cream and chocolate until well combined, let it cool down.
  2. Transfer to the piping bog, decor on the surface of cake.
  3. Garnish with dried apricot.
