Cranberry Cheese Tart
Ingredients:
Cranberry Cream Cheese
- 110 grams Frozen US Cranberries
- 30 grams US Cranberries Juice
- 20 grams Sugar
- 300 grams Cream Cheese
- 50 grams Icing Sugar
- 30 grams Cream
- 9-12 pieces Ready-Made Tart Shell
Garnish
- Frozen Cranberries
- Whipped Cream
- Mint Leaves

Method:
- Place frozen cranberries, cranberry juice and sugar in a pot, cook over low to medium heat until cranberries mashed up and dried up. Set aside to cool then blend until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and icing sugar with an electric mixer until smooth. Do not overwhip it.
- Add in the blended cranberry mixture and cream. Mix for 10 seconds, or until well combined. Cling wrap the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the chilled mixture into a piping bag and pipe into a ready-made tart shell. Repeat the step with remaining mixture.
- Lastly, garnish with whipped cream, frozen cranberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately or cold.
