Bread Butter Pudding

- 907gm Richs Portuguese Egg Tart Topping
- 200gm Richs Double Cream
- 1 loaf Sliced Bread
Vanilla Sauce
- 250gm Richs Double Cream
- 125gm Fine Sugar
- 30gm Ausicows Butter
- 12gm BWY Vanilla Essence (Concentrated)
- 1gm Salt

Method:
- Mix Double Cream with Portugese Egg Tart Topping to create egg mixture.
- Cut bread into cubes and place them in the mold and pour egg mixture over.
- Allow bread to soak in the mixture for 20 minutes.
- Bake in the oven at 170°C for 20 to 25 minutes.*baking time varies depending on thickness of pudding
Vanilla Sauce
- In a pot, pour in the cream and sugar. Stir well.
- Cook until sugar is melted. Remove from heat, add in butter, salt and vanilla extract. Stir well and drizzle over baked bread pudding to serve.
