Blueberry German Butter Cookie

Ingredients:

Ingredient A

  • 250 grams Ausicows Salted Butter
  • 100 grams Icing Sugar

Ingredient B

  • 250 grams BWY Potato Starch
  • 200 grams Blue Horse All Purpose Flour
  • 40 grams Milk Powder

Ingredient C

  • 100 grams BWY Dried Blueberries

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 150֯°C to 160֯C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Beat all the ingredients A until creamy, add ingredient B and mix until well combined. If it is too sticky, just add a little bit more potato starch till the dough stops sticking.
  3. Add ingredient C and mix well.
  4. Shape the dough into little balls (approx. 7g). Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 – 20mins or until cookies turn white light brown.
  6. Leave to cool before serving. To store, put in air-tight container.
