Blueberry German Butter Cookie

- 250 grams Ausicows Salted Butter
- 100 grams Icing Sugar
Ingredient B
- 250 grams BWY Potato Starch
- 200 grams Blue Horse All Purpose Flour
- 40 grams Milk Powder

- 100 grams BWY Dried Blueberries

Method:
- Preheat oven to 150֯°C to 160֯C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Beat all the ingredients A until creamy, add ingredient B and mix until well combined. If it is too sticky, just add a little bit more potato starch till the dough stops sticking.
- Add ingredient C and mix well.
- Shape the dough into little balls (approx. 7g). Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for approximately 15 – 20mins or until cookies turn white light brown.
- Leave to cool before serving. To store, put in air-tight container.
