Arrange the tart shells on baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes, set aside to cool down.
Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and smooth.
In a pot, pour in water and gelatin powder, heat up and stir until gelatin powder is dissolved. Pour the liquid to the cream cheese mixture.
Add in lemon juice and vanilla essence, mix well, and lastly fold in the whipped cream and continue to mix until well combined.
Place ½ tsp blueberry filling into each tart shell, then fill in the cream cheese mixture in it. Use a toothpick to swirl the filling into a marbling effect.
Keep the blueberry cheese tarts in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving.
Cara Membuat:
Aturkan tempurung tart di dulang pembakar dan bakar pada suhu 180°C selama 10 minit, ketepikan.
Putar gula dan krim keju hingga berkrim.
Di dalam periuk, masukkan air dan serbuk gelatin, panaskan air dan kacau gelatin sampai gelatin bercair. Masukkan campuran gelatin tadi ke dalam adunan krim keju. Gaul rata.
Tambah jus lemon dan esen vanila, gaul rata, kemudian masukkan krim putar ke dalam adunan dan gaul hingga sebati.
Sudukan inti blueberi ke dalam tempurung tart yang telah dibakar tadi. Kemudian tuang adunan krim keju atas blueberi hingga menutupi bahagian inti dalam tempurung tart. Buat corak dengan melorek menggunakan pencungkil gigi.
Simpankan tart keju krim blueberi ke dalam peti ais selama 2-3 jam sebelum dihidangkan.
