Cereal Square

  • 200g Flour
  • 175g Brown Sugar
  • 200g Oat
  • 250g Butter
  • 100g Peanuts

ANDROS Apricot Filling

  • 200g ANDROS Apricot Filling

Cereal Square

  1. In a bowl, use hand to mix together flour, brown sugar, oat, soft butter and peanuts.
  2. Mix until reaching crumble consistency.
  3. Spread 2/3 of the mix in a square baking mold.

Apricot Filling

  1. Spread the ANDROS Apricot Filling and 1/3 remaining crumble mix on top.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C.
