Apricot Cereal Square

- 200g Flour
- 175g Brown Sugar
- 200g Oat
- 250g Butter
- 100g Peanuts
ANDROS Apricot Filling
- 200g ANDROS Apricot Filling
- In a bowl, use hand to mix together flour, brown sugar, oat, soft butter and peanuts.
- Mix until reaching crumble consistency.
- Spread 2/3 of the mix in a square baking mold.
- Spread the ANDROS Apricot Filling and 1/3 remaining crumble mix on top.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C.
